* Powder coating provides a protective coating that is UV resistant and enhances the life of the components in addition to improving the look and finish of the installed product. There is no need to paint any of these components, saving you time, and labor.

TUBE-HOSE CONNECTIONS

HCT Tubes connect directly to the hose assembly and DO NOT require a male-to-male union to achieve this.

HCT connections minimize the chance for leaks to develop, and we meet or exceed SAE published standards:

  • OEM style ORFS or CD62 4-bolt Flange Connections
  • Higher Safety Standards
  • Efficient Designs with fewer connections

HCT controls the process in house from start to finish by manufacturing tube assemblies using Pulse MIG welding.

High Quality Components: Features & Applications

Pedal Valve - Proportional

Extremely versatile and reliable valve for use in the pilot system of your excavator. The proportional capability gives precise control that will be appreciated when operating thumbs, shears, or rotation circuits.

This double-acting valve also works well on single-acting circuits as well.

Features include:

  • Rubber boot keeps this valve free from the effects of dirt and water.
  • A mechanical locking device for safety. This feature allows the unit to function as a footrest.
  • Mounting brackets are included, but the existing bolt hole pattern matches existing floor cut-outs on many popular excavators.
Standard Joystick Handgrips - Proportional

Super tough lightweight, proportional joystick replaces your existing joystick. Light touch buttons reduce operator fatigue.

The Proportional slider is used to operate a cylinder or rotate function. A trigger switch can be used to operate an existing function, such as a horn or “power boost”.

Features include:

  • Allows precise control of the attachment.
  • Field adjustable driver board.
  • Adapter bushings are available in various diameters and thread types.
  • Switches rated up to ten million cycles.
  • A pre-wired harness is included for most applications.
  • The ergonomic design fits your hand comfortably
PREMIUM Joystick Handgrips – Proportional for Komatsu/CASE/LBX/Deere machines

Kits integrate seamlessly with onboard OEM Monitor for ;

  • Flow Setting
  • Function Select
  • 2-pump flow

Features Include:

  • Slider Proportional (requires Kit Control Unit)
  • 3 Pushbuttons (non proportional)
  • 1 Trigger
  • Prevents actuation of Auxiliary kit in DIG mode
  • Recommended for: SHEAR/DUAL PURPOSE KITS/THUMB/ROTATION/GRAPPLE/AUGER
Case Drain Filters

Protect your excavator and attachment against contamination by using one of our case drain filter assemblies. These filters are available as add-on accessories and optional.

Features include:

  • Durable, compact design
  • Quick, easy and economical element change-out.
  • Porting – SAE ORB

Single-Acting Primary Kit

To Operate:  Breakers / Compactors.
These attachments require pressurized oil in one direction and low back pressure on the return.

Double-Acting Primary Kit

To Operate: Thumbs / Shears / Crushers / Grapples.
These attachments typically utilize a hydraulic cylinder and require a bidirectional circuit to open / close.

Dual-Purpose Primary Kit

To Operate: Breaker/Shear or Breaker/Thumb.
These kits can switch between single-acting (Breaker) and double-acting (Shear/Thumb) functions with a manual or electrical 3-way valve.

Secondary Rotation Function

To Operate: Rotate function on a Shear/Crusher.
These attachments typically use a hydraulic motor and require a case drain line. A bidirectional circuit is required to rotate clockwise / counterclockwise.

Frequently Asked Questions About Excavator Hydraulic Kits

What is an excavator hydraulic kit and why is it needed?

An excavator hydraulic kit, also called an auxiliary hydraulic kit or attachment hydraulic kits, allow an excavator to power hydraulic attachments. These custom designed kits integrate with the excavator’s hydraulic system to operate attachments mounted on the boom or stick.

Without an auxiliary hydraulic kit, many common excavator attachments cannot operate. A properly installed excavator hydraulic kit allows operators to run tools such as:

• Hydraulic thumbs
• Grapples
• Demolition Shears
• Hydraulic breakers
• Tilt buckets

HydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC excavator hydraulic kits allow customers to increase the functionality and productivity of their excavator.

Which excavator brands are compatible with HCT hydraulic kits?

HCT excavator hydraulic kits are designed to be compatible with most of the popular excavator brands and models used for construction, land clearing, and demolition.

Common brands include:

• Komatsu excavators
• John Deere excavators
• Hitachi excavators
• Caterpillar excavators
• Hyundai excavators
• Takeuchi excavators
• Case & Link-Belt excavators

Because excavators vary by model, year, and hydraulic configuration, it is important to match the correct auxiliary hydraulic kit to the specific excavator model and series. HydrauliCircuit Technology works with equipment dealers to review the application and ensure proper kit compatibility.

What makes HCT excavator hydraulic kits different from other manufacturers?

HydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC focuses on manufacturing high-quality excavator hydraulic kits and excavator guards designed for durability and reliability in demanding job site environments.

Key differences often include:

• Full Length Tube Assemblies
• Thick-Walled Tubing
• Welded Tube Ends
• Bolt On Design / Powder Coated
• Single O-Ring Connection

By specializing in excavator hydraulic systems, HCT provides dependable solutions that support hydraulic attachments and improve machine functionality.

Where are HCT excavator hydraulic kits manufactured?

HydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC designs and manufactures excavator hydraulic kits and excavator guards in Georgia.

Manufacturing specialized hydraulic kits and guards in-house allows the company to focus on:

• Superior Engineering
• High Quality Manufacturing
• Lifetime Support
